YMP Brisbane: 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Notice is given for the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Young Mining Professionals Brisbane Incorporated (YMP). The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 24th October 2024 at 7:00pm AEST online via Google Meets with the following business to be conducted: 

(a) receive YMP's financial statement, and signed statement, for the last reportable financial year, being the period ending 30 June 2024;
(b) present the financial statement and signed statement to the meeting for adoption and verification; and
(c) elect members of the Management Committee.

We remind you that YMP is an incorporated association for the purposes of the Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld) that holds no public liability insurance.

Management Committee Nominations 

Nominations closed on 5pm Friday 11th October 2024 for the 2024/2025 YMP Brisbane Management Committee. Candidate statements from nominees were circulated to the members of YMP for consideration by email on Monday 14th October 2024.

Next steps 

A member of YMP may take part and vote in a general meeting by attending online or by proxy. Further emails will follow with meeting registration details and proxy forms.
